Preparado según una auténtica receta india, Millet Payasam tenta el paladar con tiernos granos que se derriten en la boca acompañados de suculentas pasas y almendras crujientes. La mezcla aromática de cardamomo y canela combina perfectamente con las notas de coco. Infundido con un sutil sabor a caramelo que se logra agregando una pizca de azúcar moreno, azúcar sin refinar elaborado a partir de jugo de caña de azúcar utilizando métodos tradicionales.
