Recipes

For a fruit drink use 1-2 level tbsp of powder/s in 250 ml of water.

For a fruit smoothie use 2-3 heaped tbsp of powder/s in 250 ml of water.

Use agave syrup / honey / sugar to sweet as required.

CRANBERRY ALMONDS SHAKE

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp LYO cranberry powder, 250 ml almond milk, 12 almonds, 1 pear, 1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
