Adam Bielecki - born 1983. Polish alpinist and member of the mountaineering national team. During his 18 years of climbing he made more than 100 routes in Tatras and Alps both in summer and winter. Leader of multiple expeditions into various mountains on 5 continents.
Awarded with Kolosy 2000 trophy for making at the age of 17 - as the youngest person in the world - the solo ascent on Khan Tengri 7,010 m in alpine style.
During 11 months he has climbed Makalu 8463 in autumn 2011, Gasherbrum I 8068 (first winter ascent) 2012 and K2 8611 in summer 2012. In winter of 2013 he made the first winter ascent of Broad Peak. In 2014 he participated in successful expedition to the north face of Kangchenjunga led by Denis Urubko. He has never used supplementary oxygen.
Adam had never been fond of freeze-dried food until he tested our meals:
“I was convinced that all freeze-dried food is tasteless, LYOFOOD products proved me wrong.”
