Introducing a real risotto that has long been missing from the EXPEDITION MENU. We have joined culinary forces with our ambassador, Ines Papert, so now you can enjoy it not just at home or in a restaurant.
Risotto recognizes no shortcuts. In keeping with the art, we gave it our full attention to achieve the complex texture that defines this delicious and most elegant rice dish in the world. A creamy coating envelops perfectly al dente rice kernels. What comes to the fore, however, are juicy chunks of boletus – the king of mushrooms – nestled between these two worlds. Topped with a generous pinch of Pecorino Romano and green parsley... Add hot water and stir briefly – we have done the rest of the stirring.

Shelf life: up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. Store tightly closed to keep out moisture.
