Alpinism

Adam Bielecki

A versatile athlete, who enjoys climbing in all its forms, but especially appreciates challenging alpine projects done in fast & light style. In love with adrenaline and sport in general, which is why you may bump into him also at cycling events, trail running races, surfing and diving spots, or while soaring through the air on a paraglider.

How would you describe your relationship with nature?

I am a tiny part of it.

If Mother Nature could talk, what do you think she would tell us humans?

Get your shit together.

Which expedition experience has shaped you most as a person?

I can’t answer this question. Every expedition is important…

What basic qualities should your expedition partner have?

He must be professional in what he does and able to endure suffering with dignity and a smile 😊

Which LYO product can’t you imagine going on an expedition without?

I need plenty of LYO on every expedition. You have to eat something and LYO products are great.

If you were not a mountain athlete, who would you be?

A BASE jumper.

Why alpinism then?

Fate works in mysterious ways... / A childhood dream of mine 😉
