FAST & EASY TO PREPARE

Mix 1 serving - 18g - 3x our dosing spoon with 500ml of water.

Shake well & drink during workout.

For optimal results we recommend: Drink half portion with 250ml of water during 60-90 minutes workout. Drink min. 1 portion (18 g) with 500 ml of water during 90-120 minutes workout / add more water if needed.
