We proceed your order right after we received it. If the ordered products are on stock, we ship them within 48 hours (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorization). If they might not be on stock, it can cause delays of 4-7 business days in completing the order. Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.
 
We deliver with GLS, UPS and DHL shipping company. After the ordered products have been shipped, the customer will get an confirmation email including a link for tracking a package.

    If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.

    REVOCATION RIGHT FOR CONSUMERS

    A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.

    RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY THE CONSUMER
    The consumer has the right to return the purchased products, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    Products can be returned provided they are in their original and intact condition and bear no signs of use.

    The proof of purchase and a written statement stating your name, address, order number and the account number to which the money is to be refunded must be sent back with the products.

    If another product was added to the purchased goods at a promotional price or as a free product, it must be sent back together with the returned products.

    The return is at the expense of the consumer and the amount to be refunded is the amount due for the product. The cost of postage and the cost of payment are not refundable.
