A. Freeze-dried breakfast: APPLE & CINNAMON PORRIDGE (x1)
Coconut milk oatmeal with cranberries, apple and cinnamon. A sweet aroma and a warming apple and cinnamon flavor. Ready in 10 minutes. Enlarged portion. Camouflage-colored packaging, compatible with flameless heaters.

Ingredients of ready-to-use product: gluten-free oats* 53 %, coconut milk* 37 %, agave syrup*, apple cubes* 2 %, chia seeds*, cranberry slices* 1 %, cinnamon* 0,3 %. *organic farming product.

Preparation: 1. Tear off at the notch. 2. Remove the oxygen absorber. 3. Add 162 ml of water. 4. Stir thoroughly. 5. Close and follow the instructions on the heater. Can be prepared without the use of a heater by adding 162 ml of hot, boiled water - fill line No.2 (see inside). Stir thoroughly, close and wait 9 minutes. Open the zipper, stir again.

B. Freeze-dried dessert: CREMA CATALANA (x1)
Egg yolk and milk custard with orange peel and cinnamon. Ready in 10 minutes. Enlarged portion. Camouflage-colored packaging, compatible with flameless heaters.

Net weight: 100 g.
Ingredients of ready-to-use product: milk 78 %, egg yolk 11 %, sugar, potato flour, orange peel 1,5 %, cinnamon.
Nutritional information per 100 g: energy: 1993/475 kJ/kcal, fat: 21 g, of which saturates: 11 g, carbohydrate: 53 g, of which sugars: 43 g, fibre: 2,4 g, protein: 17 g, salt: 0,48 g.

C. Freeze-dried GREEN SMOOTHIE (x1)
Fruit smoothie powder with spinach, nettle and ginger with an included practical cup. Just add cold water and stir.

Ingredients: freeze-dried fruits in powder (apple 36,6 %, kiwi 36,6 %, pineapple 20 %), spinach 3 %, nettle 3 %, ginger 0,8 %.
Nutritional information per 100 g: energy: 1485/352 kJ/kcal, fat: 2,0 g, of which saturates: 0,2 g, carbohydrate: 70 g, of which sugars: 61 g, fibre: 16 g, protein: 5,9 g, salt: 0,18 g.
Preparation:  mix with 250 ml of water and shake.

D. Freeze-dried INSTANT COFFEE (x1)
100% premium Arabica with a rich flavor and intense aroma. Ideal both for preparing a larger serving of coffee and for a classic espresso. The packaging also functions as a cup and is compatible with flameless heaters.

Net weight: 5 g
Preparation: 1. Add water according to your preference: large – 250 ml, medium – 180 ml, espresso – 30 ml. 2. Close the zipper and mix thoroughly. 3. Place the coffee packaging and your selected meal in the heating bag. 4. Follow the instructions provided on the heater. The coffee can be prepared without the heater by adding the desired amount of hot boiled water.

E. SUGAR (x2)

F. CHEWING GUM (x1)
High-quality spearmint-flavored chewing gum, sugar-free and 100% sweetened with xylitol. The gum helps reduce plaque and acid-forming bacteria, supports enamel remineralization, and helps maintain a natural pH level in the mouth. Product by Miradent.

H. SPOON WITH NAPKIN (x1)
Durable reusable spoon made from certified biocomposite based on wood fibres. Heat-resistant and suitable for contact with hot food. Designed for contact with all types of food – does not affect its taste or smell.

I. FLAMELESS CHEMICAL HEATER (x2)
Heat your meal in just a few minutes – no electricity and no fire required! An innovative single-use heating system with a heat pack activated by cold water.

This product is not intended for children. All components of the set must be used only for their intended purpose.
