Recipes

For a fruit drink use 1-2 level tbsp of powder/s in 250 ml of water.
For a fruit smoothie use 2-3 heaped tbsp of powder/s in 250 ml of water.
Use agave syrup / honey / sugar to tase as required.
BREAKFAST SHAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp LYO strawberry powder, 1 tbsp LYO blueberry powder, 1 tbsp LYO raspberry powder, 230 ml milk, 100 ml water, 2 tbsp oats, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender. Bend until smooth. Put into a tall glass and enjoy!

BLUEBERRY AND CARDAMOM PORRIDGE * by Kieran Creeve

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp LYO blueberry powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 2 handfuls of porridge oats, 300 ml hot water

Extras: nuts, honey, whey protein powder

METHOD
Mix the oats and powders together in a pot. Pour the hot water onto the mix and leave for 5-10 minutes. Add your chosen extras.
