Enjoy our vegan version of traditional Moroccan tagine
Derived from Berber ṭajin, tagine actually means a shallow earthen pot. For centuries, this traditional cookware with a cone-shaped cover designed to trap steam during cooking has been used to prepare rich, slow-simmered stews of meat and vegetables, along with aromatic spices, nuts, and dried fruit.
Our freeze-dried vegan version of this Moroccan dish is made with organic carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, pumpkin, and chickpeas, and served with polenta. It's a delicious, satisfying meal that you can enjoy in the middle of a busy day.
Shelf life: up to 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store tightly closed to keep out moisture.
